Step 1: Go to Your Login Page
You can log in at the normal WordPress login page by entering the URL below, you will need to replace “example.gm” with your site’s address. Everything else stays the same.
https://example.gm/wp-login.php
Once the page loads, you will see the login form.
Step 2: Click “Lost your password?”
Below the login form, you’ll see a link that says:
Lost your password?
Click it to start the reset process.
Step 3: Enter Your Username or Email
Type in either:
- The username associated with your website account, or
- The email address you used when signing up
Make sure it’s the same one registered with your site — WordPress will send the reset link here.
Step 4: Click “Get New Password”
Press the Get New Password button WordPress shows. This will trigger an email to the address you just entered.
Step 5: Check Your Email
- Look in your inbox for an email from your website.
- If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.
This email contains a special link to reset your password.
Step 6: Click the Reset Link
Open the email and click the password reset link inside. This will take you back to your website.
Step 7: Enter a New Password
- Type a new password that you can remember, or use the one WordPress generates for you.
- Click Reset Password to save it.
Tip: Store your password somewhere safe, like a password manager or a secure notes app.
Step 8: Log In
Use your new password to log in to your website.
Note: For security, GamDNS cannot see your password — only you can reset it via this process.
